Rosemary extract is not known to make cats high. However, the oil of rosemary can be toxic to cats if ingested in large quantities. Symptoms of toxicity include vomiting, diarrhea, drooling, tremors and seizure. If you suspect your cat has ingested rosemary oil, contact your veterinarian immediately.
